Application to Register
Your first step to book your team’s Urban Mission Adventure is to fill out the Application to Register found in the Registration Manual. Please send in your application along with your Registration Fee to the following address:

Pre-Arrival Information
Once we have received your Registration Application and Fee, we will send you a complete Pre-Arrival Package with an Acceptance Letter, invoice and Leaders Prep Kit. The Leaders Prep Kit will be an invaluable resource for you as you plan and prepare for your trip. Included are some forms you need to send back to us: Group Details (a fill-in-the-blank sheet which provides us with name, age, t-shirt size, and sex for each participant in your group), an Arrival Information page (so that we will be aware of the specifics of your travel plans), the Liability Release Form (which must be filled out by every member of your team before you arrive). We will also provide you with an example of an Authorization to Transport a Minor letter that is helpful for you to create and to have parents fill out, especially if you are traveling over an international border.
