FEES
*ALL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)
$250 CDN for groups of up to 50 ppl^ is due with your Application to Register. Fees in US dollars available on request. All fees are payable to Youth With A Mission, and you will receive an invoice upon receipt of payment from Youth With A Mission. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Registration Fee and Application to Register reserve your dates with us for your Mission Adventure.
Deposit
$90 CDN per person is due April 1 for Summer Program and 12 weeks prior to arrival for Urban Mission Exposure, along with your Group Details and Arrival Information Forms. Once we have received your Deposit Fee, we will book your team, which secures your spot on our calendar. If you encounter problems with the deadline, please contact our office immediately.
International Trips require the full amount of your airfare in order to secure your reservation, which will be calculated once we have received your Application to Register and Fee.
Final Payment
The remaining balance of your fees and your Liability Release Forms for all participants (including leaders) is due upon your arrival to your Mission Adventures location. Summer Final Payment is a $350 CDN per participant fee and $35 per day per participant for Urban Missions Exposure.

WHAT YOUR MISSION ADVENTURES FEES COVER:
Accommodation:
You will stay in a local church on a foam mattress on the floor. You will need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow.
Food:
All food will be provided for the duration of your mission adventures trip. Please inform us of your allergies.
Mission Adventures Kit & YWAM T-shirt:
We provide a t-shirt to every participant that is here for 3 days or more. Any team that is serving with us for 7 days or more will receive a mission adventures kit. A mission adventures kit (may include such items as a devotional, a backpack, stickers, pencils, etc). The kit changes every year.
Showers:
Often the church or building that is hosting you will not have shower facilities. If not, we will arrange for your team to have showers at a nearby community centre. For 3 day teams we do not book showers unless specifically requested, due to the busyness and shortness of your schedule. A seven day program will have time for 2-3 showers. Please consider bringing flip-flops and/or bathing suits.
Briefing and Response Times:
You may notice in your schedule that there are briefing and response times included. We feel it is important to spend time educating the participants about the ministry they are about to embark on, to discuss the value of the ministry they just encountered, to dispell any stereotypes, misunderstandings, or fears that participants might carry, and to understand the impact of the ministry city-wide. We hope that teams can take home Biblical values from each experience to apply in their own home town or city.
General Administration:
We feel God has called us to be in the city so as a non-profit organization we must factor this cost into our team fees. Some general costs that your fees will cover include office administration, office rental, fuel money, vehicle maintenance and insurance, advertising and promotion, and office supplies. This also includes set up costs such as scheduling, maps, postage, phone calls, etc.
WHAT YOUR MISSION ADVENTURES FEES DO NOT COVER:
Transportation:
Your team is responsible for all your own transportation, driving and parking fees during your time with us. We will however provide directions and maps to the locations you need to be at.
Travel Insurance:
If you are traveling from out of province, then you may need travel insurance to be in British Columbia. There are many resources online that you can use to purchase this insurance.
Passports and Visas:
If you are traveling from the States or to one of our International destinations, you may need to obtain a passport and/or visa to be in that country. We will provide you with a letter of invitation to join us in Vancouver.
Immunizations:
If you are planning an international mission trip, we do not cover the cost of your immunizations. We will provide you with a list of recommended shots that you will need according to the country you are traveling to.
